Captify Hits ATS London

A jam-packed crowd descended on London’s South Bank last week for ATS London, where Captify’s CEO and Co-founder, Dominic Joseph joined the C-Suite Panel, moderated by ExchangeWire’s Founder & CEO, Ciaran O’Kane.

Always a highlight in the media events calendar, ATS never shies away from tough topics or controversies; from bid-caching to lack of trust and transparency within media. This also makes it one of Captify’s favourite events!

Joining C-Level Executives from Beeswax, PubMatic and TripleLift on the panel, Dom shared his views on the role of independent AdTech in driving innovation and keeping the industry honest, the positive effects of GDPR on consumer empowerment and the impact of M&A and consolidation.

“There has a lot of commoditisation in the space, with many companies traditionally doing the same thing. What we have found from building a business in the headwinds of the likes of Facebook and Google, is that you really have to solve business problems, you can’t just have a great marketing message that works for everyone. We’ve had to evolve our model over the last few years, breakdown our products and work out which pieces are really solving problems for brands. It’s not in anybody’s interests to be in an industry dominated by a couple of players.” Dom Joseph, Captify.
